With so many milk currently on the market, I figured it would be helpful to see how they stack each other up against each other! There are 3 items worth thinking about as you check out this guide.
1. The prices of such milk will differ considerably. Skim milk will be considerably cheaper than macadamia milk, I can promise this to you.
2. I couldn't fit much more here, and perhaps 1000 different brands, so nutrition can vary a little bit. Most non-dairy milk varieties have sweetened, unsweetened, and vanilla, so there are a bunch of alternatives that may look a little different from what's here. If you have another oat milk, the macros are probably different- but this is a good reference point!
3. Usually, somebody's choice of milk is influenced by things like dietary requirements or environmental effects, so macros may not be a big concern. But I find it beneficial to be updated anyway, as with everything else.
