We hear from you ... Starting is hard. And the last thing you want to do is go too tough, too quick. There is a chance of injury, and, more importantly, of dismay. We commend you to start all over again and we are here to help.
Remember to start gradually, while using machines. This is valid for speed and strength on cardio machines as well as weight-based machine resistance. As you get relaxed with your exercise on your gym machine, you can increase all these elements to test your body.
We have carried out an easy 30-minute workout for beginners below. It starts with a cardio warmup followed by three sets of exercises of strength for a well-rounded, full-body routine.
