There are guys out there who would be able to spend the entire day at the gym and some actually do. Hitting the bike and weight room is more a job for anyone than a treat. Getting cardio away from the treadmill 's confines is relatively straightforward. All you have to do is lace up your shoes and go for a stroll, bike or get in the pool to swim some laps outside. Also, some strengthening exercises, such as squats and planks, are easy to incorporate into a routine away from the gym.
Working your arms is a little more problematic because most of the go-to moves require a full set of dumbbells and other machinery. The secret to taking these moves out of the weight room is modifying them just a bit. With these moves, you can lose the gym without losing your physique.
And while endless curls are a sure-fire way to pump up your muscles, it is possible to add muscle on your triceps, biceps, and forearms without picking up a dumbbell, kettlebell or barbell.
So your arms aren't spaghetti-string as we put together a 7-move home arm workout when you return from quarantine that will work your tris, bis and forearms as well as give you a little cardio boost as well.
