The solution to your workout schedule: Why "no time to exercise" is a complete Lie?

If you just want to do some workout time, then I'm willing to bet you can. I also realize there are some people out there with very demanding.

I also realize there are some people out there with very demanding lives-single mothers, teachers, career students, etc. But if you want to work out, you don't have to carve out hours every single day-even 20-30 minute workouts can be very effective.

If someone gets into my case about the figures here ... they 're not based on any actual facts, but they sound like fair enough assumptions to me: watching 1.5 hours of television every night, snoozing 30 minutes a day, and spending 1 hour on Instagram every day.

Everything comes down to your values. If you value downtime/watching TV more than just working out at night, then this is a fine tradeoff for you. But if you're frustrated because you can't find the time to work- this might be a great starting point.

The point of this post is not to argue that you are actually busy, or not. I 'm convinced you are. The point is to remind you that you do not have to consume your life while working out. Working out is supposed to allow you to be in the gym for an hour or more per day, and that's clearly not the case.

You could make 20-30 minutes a very effective workout. Chances are you will be able to find some time somewhere in your day!

I used to think it beneficial for me to be in the gym for 2 hours (I was wrong, by the way). I'm now in and out of the gym in just 30 minutes on certain days. Smarter workout, no more! cheatdaydesign
