"I can't eat enough protein" I hear a lot of it. Some people simply can not dream about eating 100 + grams of protein in one day.

The issue is, too many people are trying to eat the "fitspo" way. Getting that large amount of protein means eating protein bars, protein shakes, protein cookies, etc. You don't need any of these items to continue with. Although they can be a great option to help in a pinch or go supplement your diet, they shouldn't be the staples of your diet.

And I guarantee all the numbers are from different sources before you crucify me for the nutritional details in this chart. I made none of them up. Don't yell at me.

Products derived from animals appear to be high in protein. There's a reason why the classic "bro" diet consists of chicken and rice- because chicken is loaded with protein at all! Take an 8 oz breast of chicken, add 3 eggs, 2 strips of bacon & 1 serving of Greek yogurt and you're already 100 g protein! No protein bars required.

It is just an example, of course, but there are plenty of other foods that can help you reach your protein, beef, cheese, and fish, to name a few.

But it's not just high protein animal products there's a lot of plant-derived high protein foods too. Black beans, lentils, and edamame are all decent protein sources. And I can't say that I've ever eaten seitan or tempeh, but both are very high in protein, too. Combine all of those together and you will have 100 g of yourself!

The list is definitely not ending there- there are nuts, peanut butter, beans, tofu etc.
