Yes, you must drink 4 to 5-liters of water in a day. Most of us get confused about drinking water and frequent meals as they are bored but it is all about habits. You can make notes of how many hours in a day we waist buy unnecessary chatting, gossips, daydreaming so drinking water hardly takes 20 seconds.

So if you drink 2 glass water between meals or after 1 and a half hours of your meal you hardly spend 1 - 2 minutes, for drinking your 3 to 4-liters of water in a day.
