How to remain Safe and Healthy while Self-Isolating yourself during Coronavirus?

We are mostly being asked to respond in ways that we never imagined in the age of coronavirus; especially to self-isolate ... Stay home, stay home. As we learn self-isolation, we need to be vigilant in protecting not just our overall health but our emotional well-being. We need to stay safe and calm.

I can't really think of anything other than regular exercise and movement, either. The importance of physical activity and movement isn't new. It reminds of the beginning of time.
