There are unending reasons for not getting to the gym: working very late, commuting too much, feeling offended, not knowing what to do until you get there, getting lost in that new Netflix series ...
Thankfully the rise in at-home workout success makes all of these excuses null and void. To get a full-body workout, you no longer need to have access to a gymnasium (or much time).
More about Resistance Bands
Resistance bands are one of my favorite low-cost items to use for in-house glute, hip, and arm exercises. They 're also super easy to carry and turn out (like a hotel bathroom) in a tiny area. Resistance bands are a great workout tool not but because they're extremely cheap, easy to transport, and flexible, but also since they can help to attack larger muscles and also smaller muscle stabilizers. In addition, research shows that trying to engage in elastic band resistance exercise enhances balance, gait function, and flexibility, and may induce greater neuromuscular fatigue than isometric contraction workouts. Generally effective for workout newcomers and strength training buffs is a stretchy resistance band workout.
