1. Work To Be Flexible

You can help improve your flexibility by attending yoga classes or Pilates classes. Know that men's hamstrings, shoulders and lower backs need to be operated on rather than other areas of the body as a general rule, so pay particular attention to such sections in strength sessions.

2. Do This Slowly

This may be a cliché but men appear to have a strong competitive spirit. Although this is great for your motivation and will motivate you to push yourself, it can also cause problems. For instance, many people fall into the pit of believing that they have to do all of their workouts at a super-fast speed in order to be stronger and accomplish more. While that's true when performing some exercises, this is simply not the case for others.

5. Take a break

Another fitness tip that should be put into practice by men is to rest well and recover between sessions. Doing back-to-back sessions may make you feel like you're doing the best for your body, but not giving yourself a break between workouts will cause you to suffer from burn-out, lose motivation and do more harm than good in general. In addition, taking a rest day would mean you'll be more likely to work harder until you practice again. Ideally, you should take at least one day off from exercising every two to three days. And make sure you stay hydrated and avoid doing anything too strenuous on those rest days. If you're really struggling on rest days not to do something, you should try out some versatility exercises.

Finally, if you have lifted weights or exercised certain muscle groups, make sure the following day you do not train that same muscle group again.
