This 25 Minute Upper Body Exercise Is Perfect To Burn

Workouts targeting your upper body are nothing to be afraid of. Trainer Maxine Goynes of MG Method proves that a 25-minute upper-body workout that targets your arms, shoulders, back, and more will absolutely fly by with the right exercises. Who knows — she could make your favorite day even for arm day.

The workout starts after first going through some wrist mobility exercises which will keep your body relaxed and feel comfortable during the workouts. And all it takes is a resistance band (no weights needed here!) and your mat. No muscle is left unused during the sweat-sesh. There are bear hold planks that bring your arms and heart to the test during the four cycles that go through five exercises each, one-arm side push-ups that need all of your upper-body strength, banded inchworm mountain climbers and more.
